I used to love ordering from these guys because their clothes are so unique! But shipping is ridiculous. Before corona Ive waited 2 months. I understand that it would have taken a long time this time round because of the virus but I only received one of my items with a note on the receipt to say my trousers were out of stock, after I had already paid for both. I suggest doll skill for omighty as the shipping is better and customer service is so much more professional. really disappointed.

They said they were able to see it and that it was shipped. Later I get an email saying the shirt is out of stock! It never shipped that whole time they were lying and I never received my refund! They basically stole money from me.

i ordered a top and butterfly pants back in December and it’s almost May and i still haven’t gotten it in the mail. I have a feeling i won’t ever receive it???????? thanks

They basically stole money from me.
I get that COVID has thrown a wrench into the works when it comes to shipping, but I've ordered from so many other international vendors (that use DHL) and my orders have come in a fraction of the time so it's really not the most persuasive excuse. After emailing twice (I think emailing twice seems to be the magic number) OMighty told me that they had shipped the package and I finally got an email from DHL. I ordered three items in late December and my package is scheduled to arrive in a few days. If you have divine patience I suppose I could recommend them. I think three stars is pretty generous, given my almost four-month wait, but I decided to give them another star since their customer service department responds in a timely manner and seemed friendly enough despite my being a little passive-aggressive.
I bought a top from them, was told shipping would be 3 weeks. 4 months went by and I never received my package!! All of their stuff is also just resold from aliexpress/wish for way more money!!!!!
I ordered a skirt on Nov. 29th and I still have not gotten a shipping confirmation. I would be understanding if it had shipped, as mail has been slow, but it’s mid-February.
I have tried contacting customer service to no avail.
Although we are in a pandemic, I have ordered from other stores, and have not waited nearly this long ESPECIALLY since I haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation.
This is ridiculous to me. It is pretty disingenuous to keep advertising the item on social media if it is on backstock (which is the only reason I can think of for it taking so long). We are way past the 3-4 weeks processing time. This is the worst service I have ever had, and I would definitely not recommend buying from this company as they have shown that they are extremely unprofessional.
So i ordered a top on black friday for my sisters birthday on january the 13th. the confirmation email said to allow 3 weeks to process and ship out the order. It also said they would notify me as soon as the order had shipped. By the end of december I did get any notification nor did I receive my order yet so I emailed them to see whats up. They replied and asked me to wait another 3 weeks. If the order wasn't in by January the 20th I'd have to email them again. Obvs I was bummed out that the top wouldn't arrive in time for my sis' bday even though I ordered it way in advance. Needless to say, by January 20th I didn't have the order AND they didn't even bother to update me. On January the 31st (!) I emailed them again saying I didn't get it yet and at this point, I want my money back. They told me the following: "I can see from our backend that your order has shipped. DHL will send you tracking email directly very soon. ....... I was like: "Forget DHL. If it has shipped, why did I not get a confirmation from you guys that it has shipped???" Obvs, they never replied. Ughhhh absolute abysmal customer service. I abhor companies like this and will never order from them again.
I tried ordering from the site one day, got an email confirmation on my order just for them to say they don’t ship to my country!!! Why would my address be confirmed and my order able to go through if they don’t ship to my country? once I put my address in, it should have already said unable to ship to my country. Which gave me the idea I was going to get my order. Then the sales rep asked me to give them another address to ship too and I just laughed because where else would you guys ship it to beside my own address you’re saying you want me to go through a secondary just for two items that were overly priced for cheap material. I told them I don’t have another address to ship to and then they went on to say shall we proceed to cancel your order. So it got canceled and I’m happy it did, I got a refund and will spend my money else where.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not ship out your item until you email them and complain. It has been 6 weeks since I have received my confirmation email and it said it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. I still haven't received my item or a email saying they have shipped my item even though I emailed them 5 days ago asking where my items were. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

I got really scared reading all the bad reviews on here as I was waiting for my order, but since I was very happy with it I decided to write about my experience with o-mighty.
So I ordered during their Black Friday and I got my order today, which doesn't seem like that long of a wait (especially since they probably got tons of order during that sale so I understood the wait) and I got updates through FedEx. I ordered a dress, and even though I'm not an expert on the matter it felt like good quality. It was also exactly like the picture. I understand the complaints about the prices though, which is why I feel like the Black Friday sale was a good deal for people like me who aren't willing to spend so much on one piece of clothing. Anyway my order also came with a cute tote bag, stickers and a small o-mighty file, which I really appreciated. So as far as my experience goes, I would definitely recommend!
i got the blue hibiscus dress and it took a couple weeks
its seriously one thin piece of fabric and fake lace made of cotton
they couldnt even put a slip underneath or something its so see through and it doesnt show or say that it is
just for the bloody expensive price it is youd expect half decent fabric and craftsmanship
the seams are horrible too
Been waiting for 10 weeks for my package and have been back and forth with customer services who assured me it would be with me in a weeks time. However, today I received a call from Singapore letting me know it hasn't even been shipped yet. Understandable that things are taking slightly longer than normal due to current circumstances but 10 weeks+ is a ridiculous amount of time to wait considering the prices paid for shipping etc!
